I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1 – Subject matter of the Policy
(1) This Policy explains how the Company uses cookies and similar technologies on the Website and how visitors can manage them.
(2) Cookies are small text files stored on a visitor's device or accessed through that device. Similar technologies include browser local storage, tags, pixels, scripts and other identifiers or records.
(3) Where personal data are processed through these technologies, the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws apply.
Article 2 – Categories
(1) Strictly necessary technologies enable security, the basic operation of the Website, protection against misuse and storage of privacy choices. They are used without consent only to the extent strictly necessary.
(2) Analytics technologies are used to measure traffic, usage, traffic sources, events and the technical operation of the Website. They are activated only after analytics consent has been given.
(3) Marketing technologies are used to measure campaigns and conversions, create audiences, conduct remarketing or provide personalised advertising. They are activated only after marketing consent has been given.
II. CONSENT AND MANAGEMENT
Article 3 – Giving and refusing consent
(1) Optional technologies must not be placed or activated before the relevant consent has been given.
(2) A visitor may accept all technologies, reject all optional technologies, or select the analytics and marketing categories separately. Silence, continued browsing and pre-selected options do not constitute consent.
(3) Rejecting optional technologies does not restrict access to the basic content of the Website.
Article 4 – Changing and withdrawing consent
(1) A visitor may at any time open the “Manage cookies” link or button in the Website footer and change or withdraw consent as easily as it was given.
(2) Withdrawal applies to future processing. Following withdrawal, the Website stops using the relevant optional technologies and removes the cookies it can control. Individual cookies may also be deleted through the browser settings.
(3) Consent choices are requested again no later than after six months and earlier if there is a material change to the purposes, categories or technologies used.
